CREATIVE STRATEGY: Concept, develop, direct and produce award-winning campaigns and conversion-focused creative strategy to engage audiences across a variety of channels including, print marketing, advertising, collateral, trade show exhibits, e-mail marketing, video, social media and web.

CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT: Development of internal, business development, recruiting and consumer facing campaigns generating over $6 million in gross profit and a 487% return on investment from marketing initiatives. Development of audience personas, KPI’s and budget.
STORYTELLING: Constantly searching for powerful stories to engage audiences through a brand’s values with a “why-first” approach to content. Development of audience personas for business-to-business, business-to-consumer and internal audiences.
PRESENTATION: Pitching creative concepts to key leaders for executive, client and stakeholder buy-in. Leading project intake discussions including, creative brief, objectives and desired outcomes.
BRAND MANAGEMENT: Overseeing brand development, including implementation of brand standards, re-branding and new brand development, as well as positioning, planning and strategies for growth. Creation of marketing plans and content calendars, as well as, brand personas for business development, physician recruiting, consumer and internal audiences. Implement and develop graphic standards and style guide for internal and external use.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Oversee $1.2 million creative team budget and while delivering conversion-based results adhering to constraints of project-based budgets.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Develop team processes to meet nearly 1,200 annual deadlines. Manage video and photography productions including, location scouting, model selection and on-site art direction. Management of content calendars, production schedules and publication deadlines to ensure appropriate application resources resulting in on-time and on-budget product delivery.
ASSET MANAGEMENT: File management, Naming convention development, tagging, sharing and archiving solution development for over 100,000 digital assets.
