As a leading recruiter of clinical talent, Envision Healthcare looked to differentiate with a recruiting campaign that took the doctors out of the clinical environment and featured them as human. In relaxed outfits, we let the doctors give the value proposition by asking them, “Why do you spend your career at Envision?” The doctor’s signature presents an exciting and attractive artistic element while letting the know the subject endorsed their statement. This campaign featured print advertising, web graphics, digital advertising, social media, and video.
